The powers granted to the Minister of the Interior in Article 46d shall be exercised after consultation with the relevant employers or employers' associations and the central organizations of public sector personnel, united in the Council for Public Sector Personnel Policy (Raad voor het Overheidspersoneelsbeleid).
In the consultation referred to in the first paragraph, the central organizations of public sector personnel shall have an equal number of votes as the relevant employers or associations of employers.
For a decision as referred to in Articles 8, paragraphs two and three, and 39 of this Act, Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations requires the consent of two-thirds of the participants in the consultation referred to in the first paragraph. For a decision as referred to in Articles 5, 37, 38 and 41, paragraph two, of this Act, Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations requires the consent of the majority of the participants in the consultation referred to in the first paragraph.
De in artikel 46d aan de Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken toegekende bevoegdheden worden uitgeoefend na overleg met de betrokken werkgevers of verenigingen van werkgevers en de centrales van overheidspersoneel, verenigd in de Raad voor het Overheidspersoneelsbeleid.
In het in het eerste lid bedoelde overleg hebben de centrales van overheidspersoneel evenveel stemmen als de betrokken werkgevers of verenigingen van werkgevers.
Voor een besluit als bedoeld in de artikelen 8, tweede en derde lid en 39 van deze Wet behoeft Onze Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken de instemming van twee derde van de deelnemers aan het in het eerste lid bedoelde overleg. Voor een besluit als bedoeld in de artikelen 5, 37, 38 en 41, tweede lid, van deze Wet behoeft Onze Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken de instemming van de meerderheid van de deelnemers aan het in het eerste lid bedoelde overleg.
